Mike is on a mission to help make the world a better place. He is extremely passionate about fitness as it has impacted his life in so many ways and he wishes to share this with humanity. While he understands why his students want to look better, he knows through his years of experience working out that what is most important is the confidence built along the way by accomplishing your goals.
Some of his career highlights include having the pleasure of befriending and training NHL, OHL, NCAA, Team Canada and U-Sports athletes.

Workouts can range from squats for the body, prescribed books and conversations to develop your mindset and guided meditations in stillness for the soul.
