HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

I have experience working with professional and high performing athletes. On top of this, I individualize programs tailored to your needs and goals. 

Whether you are a parent wanting to lose weight, a senior wanting to strengthen your legs and gain balance, or a kid trying to get quicker to become a more explosive hockey player, I'm able to gear workouts towards all of these needs. 

I also view fitness beyond simply a fit body as there are such thing as fitness for the mind and spirit as well. Through my programming, you will develop a sound body, mind and soul all working together in synchrony.

I also like to build relationships. I became a coach not only to help others become more fit, but to help them become more confident, self aware and the best version of themselves. I throw in little self-care tips with my coaching whether it be related to mindset, nutrition, sleep, meditating, reading and more.  

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

The amazing thing is you don't need any equipment for the workouts I will coach you through. If you happen to have a home gym and want to be coached using your exercise equipment, that is totally fine. I can customize a workout based on your equipment and available space in your home.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nutritional advice is included in all types of coaching sessions. During 1:1 Zoom Workouts, I can always answer questions related to nutrition between sets, and for 1:1 video calls I can include nutritional advice in the PDF based on your individual needs.

If we happen to be tight for time, you can always send me an email in which I will reply or call you with information to your questions. 

DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN CANADA OR THE TORONTO AREA TO BE COACHED?

You can be anywhere in the world and I can coach you 1:1 through a video call. The thing I love about what I'm setting out to do is being able to coach internationally. I can coach you from Canada while you might be getting a workout done in France. We will just need to be weary of time differences as I live in the Eastern Standard Timezone (EST).

WILL YOU BE COACHING IN PERSON SESSIONS AT SOME POINT?

Absolutely! At the moment, the Peel and Toronto regions are in Grey Code Lockdown due to COVID-19, although this is something I will expand into as restrictions are lifted and the weather gets warmer. 


Options will include socially distanced park workouts (both individual and groups), and potentially being able to come to your home to train in the backyard or home gym depending on health and safety restrictions.

DOES THE PROGRAM HAVE TO BE AT HOME? COULD I HAVE A PROGRAM MADE FOR MY LOCAL GYM?

I can design you a program that you can do at your local gym. I will just need to know what equipment your gym has when we do our video call together (ex. machines, free weights, squat racks, etc.)

WILL THERE BE AN ASSESSMENT WE DO TOGETHER?

Yes, the first session we do together will be more of an assessment style workout where I run you through a movement screen to see what your program needs to entail for you to work on.
