MIKE'S MISSION

I started my fitness routine years ago when I was going through a rough period in my life. Between illnesses in the family, being unemployed and having confidence issues with failing relationships, my mental health was being affected greatly. So I decided to sign up for a gym membership as a means to escape everything that was going on. 

As I started consistently working out to improve my physicality, I realized how much fitness mirrors the everyday challenges in life, and how much it interplays in mindset and our overall well-being. It was at that point I decided I had to give up wanting to work behind a desk my whole life and use this as a platform to help other people as it had helped me. I became a Strength & Conditioning Coach Internationally Certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association and have had the pleasure of helping others develop into better human beings. The beautiful thing about coaching is through building these relationships, I have become a better person myself. 

It is said good coaches will help you achieve your goals, but great coaches will do this and influence your life. This is my ultimate goal as a coach. To help others feel more confident about themselves, feel their best and live their dream life. one day hope to use it as a means to do more charitable work helping those in need around the world.
